Okay. So.

My name? Poll, Paula, hey-you-biceps, or yogaoide:
I’m currently training, acquiring and working to be a proper fitness-muscle-function-gobblefood-coach. You know. The one who’s just like Oprah…
(chanting in my head: Muscles. Muscles everywhere. Muscles for you. And you. And have I mentioned: You.)
Abs. and. Biceps. and. Glutes. and. Muscle stuff.
Whilest doing what I’m doing, which requires sweat and red cheeks and funky faces and sometimes yelling and a hell lot of breathing: I also (surprise surprise) frigging. love. food. and. producing meals. Which kind of is great because you bet ya I got the nutrition nailed down to the last dot of the i. Or not. Which means. Yes to all the ‚healthy‘ food. Yes to aaaaall the ketogenic style eating. Yes to the meat and to the veggies and to fats and hell no to the sugar. Because. Sugar and my body. Ain’t hell are we friends. Butt (you see what i did there? Abs, where ya at?) building the perfect form is still. well. It’s a journey.
And whilest I’m knowing nothing, experimenting, finding and going back to the start to knowing nothing about all the exercises and food (repeating another chant of: eat like an athlete, train like an athlete, think like a philosopher and spread the muscle like Oprah) I also love to write.
